Refund policy

1. Nature of Products

BarqqStore provides digital products only, including but not limited to streaming subscriptions such as Netflix and Shahid, digital applications and online services, and gaming currencies or credits such as V-Bucks and FC Coins.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. 100% Refund Eligibility

A full refund (100%) will be issued if we are unable to complete or deliver the order from our side, or if the requested service cannot be provided after payment confirmation.

3. 70% Partial Refund

A 70% refund will be issued if the issue is caused by the customer, including providing incorrect information, selecting the wrong product, or failing to review the product description carefully.

In such cases, 30% of the total amount will be deducted as administrative and transaction processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued once a subscription has been successfully activated, once digital access credentials or activation codes have been delivered, or once the digital product has been used.

All digital sales are considered final once delivery has been completed.
